Tibet Autonomous Region is located in the southwest border of the People's Republic of China, southwest of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Its east longitude is from 78° 25' to 99 °06' and north latitude is from 26 °44'to 36°32'. It is bounded by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the north, Qinghai Province in the north-east, Sichuan in the east, Yunnan Province in the south-east; and in the south and west it connects with Myanmar, India, Bhutan, Sikkim and Kashmir and other border countries and regions, to form China and these countries and border region in whole or in part, a total length of nearly 4,000 kilometers. Tibet is famous for its majestic and magnificent natural scenery. There have vast territory, spectacular landscape, abundant resources.
